These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by 3B Car Keys LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company. By placing an order, submitting a key request, or using our online platform at 3bcarkeys.com, you ("Shop," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.
3B Car Keys LLC provides ready-to-program automotive keys and related services to registered auto shop partners on a business-to-business (B2B) basis. Services include key sourcing, cutting, programming equipment loan, and related support. All services are provided exclusively to pre-approved business accounts.
To use our services, your shop must be registered and approved by 3B Car Keys LLC. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your custom shop URL and account number. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
All key orders are subject to review and acceptance by 3B Car Keys LLC. Pricing, fees, and profit-sharing arrangements are established at the time of account setup and may be updated with prior notice. You agree to pay all charges associated with your orders, including key costs, delivery fees, rush fees, and your agreed profit-sharing amount.
By providing your phone number and selecting "Text" as your preferred contact method, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from 3B Car Keys LLC regarding your orders, quotes, and account activity. Message frequency varies based on order activity. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. We will not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing our services.
Payment for services is processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize 3B Car Keys LLC to charge the agreed amount to your payment method. You may save a payment method on file for future orders. All transactions are subject to Stripe's terms of service. Prices are in US dollars.
You represent and warrant that:
3B Car Keys LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information, pricing, and trade secrets shared in connection with the business relationship.
3B Car Keys LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any conduct deemed harmful to the business or its customers.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
